Introduction to open water swimming – Chf 50,00

Swimming in open water (lake or river) offers an incomparable feeling of freedom. Practiced practically all year round, it increases the immune defenses and allows a communion with nature.

During this initiation, we will lend you equipment adapted to the conditions (openwater wetsuit protecting from the cold, safety buoy) and our instructor will show you the different techniques in order to swim safely.

The price includes the training and the price of the material. The duration of the introduction is about 1,5 hour. The introduction is limited to 5 adult participants and will take place under everyone’s responsibility.
