The Duo™ is an MP3 player designed for swimmers that offers the highest quality sound without the use of ear buds. The Duo™ utilizes a sleek, two-piece design and Bone Conduction audio transmission to deliver crystal clear audio through cheekbones to the inner ear. An integrated clip design secures the Duo™ to goggle straps to rest on the cheekbones for a comfortable and streamlined fit. A simplified interface offers four buttons to easily navigate between music, podcasts, audiobooks and other supported audio files. The Duo™ supports unprotected MP3 and WMA files. The Finis Swim Parachute 20 cm consists of a comfortable adjustable nylon waist belt connected to a parachute. This offers different resistance levels for daily training. Strength training has been proven to build muscle and increase endurance and speed, with results noticeable immediately after removing the parachute.
Bolster Paddle
The Bolster paddles develop an early vertical forearm (EVF) position and increase stroke efficiency. An EVF position utilizes the entire forearm during the pull, creating uniform application of force from fingertips to elbow. This creates and sustains longer peak velocity through the power phase of the stroke pull. At the same time it grooves neural pathways for stroke specific strength. Correct stroke refinement is promoted through muscle memory of proper hand, wrist and forearm position. The Bolster paddles are a versatile tool for all four swim strokes.
